Yes. Neighborhood Attendants is licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) to provide Homemaker & Companion Services.
Yes. We offer 24/7 support, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs and availability.
No. Our services are non-medical. We do not provide skilled nursing or hands-on personal care such as bathing, toileting, or medication administration.
Yes. We provide non-medical support for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory-related conditions, focusing on safety, routine, engagement, and companionship.
Yes. All caregivers complete a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening and are carefully screened before providing services.
Many of our caregivers are CNA-certified or have prior healthcare experience. All caregivers are trained to provide non-medical support within AHCA guidelines.
We support Veterans who qualify for Veteran-Directed Care (VDC). While we do not bill the VA directly, eligible Veterans may use VDC funds to pay for our services.
